The clothing production process begins with the sourcing of materials. Working alongside a group of material producers, each who is specialized in their own niche, we are capable of selecting and producing the best leathers, textiles and synthetics for each unique project. With an extensive choice of materials, our studio can develop custom pieces, patterns and prints for various surfaces that are tailored to your designs. 

Once the materials have been sourced, we can start to develop patterns based on technical drawings. Components of the garment are then cut and stitched together by hand to create a first sample that is then sent out to you for your approval. 

Once the garment has been assembled, all samples are heavily tested in the factory. To ensure the quality of the product, the fit, comfort and feel are stringently tested with the inspection of every detail. Samples are then delivered, giving you time to test the designs for yourself and consult with us about any adjustments needed.

When you are satisfied with the finished sample, we are ready for production. As a reference, the factory will keep a sample of each design. Every piece of clothing is independently made in line with the approved samples in one of our production houses in Felgueiras, Portugal. At this stage, all the elements combine for the creation of a total collection. You will be informed in regards to the production timings. 

Every aspect of the collection will be finally inspected, in which we meticulously review the details (button holes, stitches , lining, and overall fit ). Only the best garments will be selected.

The final stage of the process involves packaging and shipping. Once production is complete, we package the final product in our warehouse and ship them directly to you, handling documentation for custom declarations.
