Mees is a footwear development & production company based in Portugal. We operate as a design and manufacturing studio covering all aspects of the shoe industry - from concept to delivery.
With a strong focus on craftsmanship and technical design, we are able to develop innovative footwear collections that are tailored to the needs of our client’s. Through client consultation and the use of reference images, we create technical shoe designs to help you begin the product development process in preparation for manufacturing.

Our studio is based on the west coast of Portugal, in Felgueiras, a district of Porto. Felgueiras is well known as the centre of shoemaking and production, accounting for 50% of the country's total footwear exports. As a result, this industry has become the highest contributor to the local economy, providing jobs and opportunities to the region.
