Are you ready to bring your footwear collection to life?
The shoe making process begins with sourcing the materials. Working alongside a group of material suppliers, we are capable of selecting or producing, all kinds of materials for each individual project. With an extensive choice of materials, our studio is able to develop custom pieces, patterns and prints for various surfaces that are tailored to your designs.
At this stage, the sole and last will be created. Measured to the design we receive, the last shape and sole structure is formed. If you are looking for a totally unique outsole then we are able to create a fully custom outsole from scratch. For this the molds will be opened and a first maquette will be made for your approval.
Once the last and sole shape has been created, we can start to develop the shoe patterns. Here we outline the last shape and hand draw each detail and component of the shoe. Using the materials sourced we can start the cutting process. All material parts will be bundled correctly and made ready for stitching.
At this stage we can start the stitching process. Each component of the shoe is carefully placed and stitched together. After that all pairs are carefully inspected and prepared for the assembling process. Treads and edges of the upper are cutted. During assembly, our craftsmen attach the outsole to the shoe and stitch the final details together.
Once the shoe has been assembled, the samples will be tested inside of the factory. To ensure the quality, fit, comfort and support of the shoe. Samples are then delivered using our UPS EXPRESS service, giving you time to test the designs for yourself and consult with us about any adjustments needed.
After you have tested the prototypes at your office and you want to move forward to production, We are ready to make a start. As a reference, the factory will keep a sample to use for the production and so every shoe will be made in line with the approved sample. Finishing off the process with your chosen packaging. We will prepare all of the shoe boxes for shipment and will discuss with the client about shipment options.
