SAMPLING PROCESS

ONCE THE DESIGN IS FINALIZED, WE MOVE INTO THE SAMPLING PROCESS. THIS STAGE BRINGS YOUR FOOTWEAR DESIGN TO LIFE AND TRANSFORMS IT INTO A PHYSICAL SAMPLE PAIR THAT IS READY FOR PRODUCTION APPROVAL.

DURING THE SAMPLING PROCESS, WE DEVELOP THE SHOE’S CONSTRUCTION, FIT, MATERIALS, AND FINISHING. FROM LAST DEVELOPMENT AND PATTERN MAKING TO MATERIAL SOURCING AND ASSEMBLY, EACH STEP IS EXECUTED WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP.

MULTIPLE PROTOTYPES MAY BE CREATED TO FINE-TUNE PROPORTIONS, FIT, AND DETAILS. THIS ITERATIVE PROCESS ENSURES THAT THE FINAL SAMPLE MEETS BOTH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND YOUR BRAND’S VISION.

AT THE END OF THE SAMPLING PROCESS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A DEFINITIVE SAMPLE PAIR THAT SERVES AS THE BLUEPRINT FOR A PRODUCTION.
