PRODUCTION PROCESS

PRODUCTION IS THE FINAL STAGE OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS.
AFTER THE DESIGN AND SAMPLE ARE FULLY APPROVED, WE BEGIN MANUFACTURING YOUR FOOTWEAR IN BULK.

DURING THIS PHASE, MATERIALS AND COMPONENTS ARE PREPARED, PRODUCTION TOOLING IS SET UP, INCLUDING LASTS AND CUTTING KNIVES, AND MANUFACTURING BEGINS IN SELECTED FACTORIES IN PORTUGAL. EACH PAIR IS PRODUCED BASED ON THE APPROVED SAMPLE, ENSURING ACCURACY IN CONSTRUCTION, MATERIALS, AND FINISHING.

BY MANAGING THE PRODUCTION PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH, WE ENSURE CLEAR COMMUNICATION WITH FACTORIES, RELIABLE LEAD TIMES, AND CONSISTENT RESULTS. THIS STRUCTURED APPROACH ALLOWS FOR SMOOTH FIRST PRODUCTION RUNS AND EFFICIENT REORDERS IN THE FUTURE.

AT THE END OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS, YOUR FOOTWEAR IS QUALITY CHECKED, PACKAGED, AND PREPARED FOR SHIPMENT — READY TO BE DELIVERED.
