STARTING THE SNEAKERS SAMPLE PROCESS
Sneaker samples are an important element of any footwear business as they allow you to see a physical prototype of what you have designed and imagined. The process begins by submitting your design via our website portal or through email. Here you can share your initial shoe and sole design, chosen materials, logo's and other relevant details to help us produce your perfect sneaker. Once we have received your submission, we will consult further with you and then start on producing the first sample based on your requirements.
OUR STEP-BY-STEP SAMPLING PROCESS:
Sourcing - After receiving your first sneaker designs, we can begin to source the components and materials that fit with your project from our specialized network of producers. Based in Portugal, all of our factories have access to the highest standard of materials with the capability to produce from the best leathers, textiles, synthetics and fabrics.
Development - Following the sourcing of materials, our technicians and artisans will handcraft each component of the shoe. This includes the creation of the upper, last shape, sole, prints and patterns. Furthermore, we create your own logo embossing right from the first sample. Each one of these components can be customized according to your desired design with a bespoke service from beginning to end.
Sample & Testing - Once we have transformed your design into a physical sneaker, we will send you the sample. At this stage we will consult with you to determine any adjustments needed for the overall shoe construction. In some cases, multiple rounds are necessary. At the same time, we conduct our own quality and fit testing to make sure we perfect your sample prior to production and to maintain quality standards throughout.
Production - When we have completed the sampling process, we are ready for production. Handmade in Portugal, our expert craftsmen and women refer to the sample to produce your finished sneaker style.
Packaging & Delivery - Just like your footwear styles, packaging can also be fully customised. With a plethora of options available on the market, packaging can be produced according to your wishes - from logo placements to hang tags and wrapping paper selections. Packaged at our warehouse, your order will be shipped and delivered with quality guaranteed.
